29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish or implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: A) Hydrogen Tank Area - On or prior to December 7, 2012, written mechanical integrity procedures were not established or implemented for the following: -Maintenance of Liquid Hydrogen Storage Tank #1, Liquid Hydrogen Storage Tank #2, Steam Vaporizers and all associated piping and instrumentation, including but not limited to: flanges, valves, and detectors. -Inspections of Liquid Hydrogen Storage Tank #1, Liquid Hydrogen Storage Tank #2, Steam Vaporizers and all associated piping and instrumentation, including but not limited to: flanges, valves, and detectors. Momentive Performance Materials was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313763666, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 24, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Hudson River Rd. Waterford, NY 12188.
