29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: New residential construction located on Lot # 156 Silver Birch Pass, Newnan, GA 30265, Street on front side of structure: On or about 12/16/2021, The employer exposed employees to amputation hazards while operating a ROL-AIR compressor, in that the moving parts of the starter recoil were not guarded exposing any employees in close proximity to potential amputation hazards. Antonio Alonzo DBA Alonzo Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1301099, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/28/2019, with respect to a workplace located at (Lot #577) 15 Boulder Bend, Newnan, GA 30265.
