29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a. At a worksite located at 4900 Mobile Highway in Pensacola, Florida, on or about June 26, 2020, an employee sustained a work related amputation type injury that resulted in hospitalization. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on June 29, 2020, which was not within 24 hours of the in-patient hospitalization and amputation.
