29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) Brox Construction, LLC at 16191 E 40th Ave. Denver, CO 80239: On or before 4/30/2020 the employer did not report a work-related hospitalization within 24 hours. An employee was injured and hospitalized on 4/30/2020 and OSHA was notified on 5/6/2020.
