29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Drexel Metal Inc. DBA Premium Panels, Arvada CO: On or about September 18, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to damaged insulation on the cord connecting the Schectl shear to its foot pedal.
