29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i): A program of periodic and regular inspections of mechanical power press(es) was not established and followed to ensure that all parts, auxiliary equipment and safeguards were in a safe operating condition and adjustment: American Posts, LLC - Toledo, Ohio: On or about April 29, 2019, the employer did not ensure that periodic and regular inspections, to identify deficiencies in guarding devices of the Bliss 110 (s/n H-66567) part revolution mechanical press, were performed and documented. American Posts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1010997, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 810 Chicago St., Toledo, Ohio 43611.
