29 CFR 1904.32(b)(3): A company executive did not certify the he or she has examined the OSHA 300 Log and that he or she reasonably believes, based on his or her knowledge of the process by which the information was recorded, that the annual summary is correct and complete: a) On or about 04/23/2019, the OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for 2018, was certified by the HR Manager. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
