29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about October 15, 2015, at exit door number 11, the employer did not ensure the exit route was kept free and unobstructed. Employees were exposed to fire hazards. The United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 900875, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7451 Tempelhof Road in Indianapolis, IN.
