29 CFR 1926.1101(l)(2): Asbestos waste, scrap, debris, bags, containers, equipment, and contaminated clothing consigned for disposal was not collected and disposed of in sealed, labeled, impermeable bags or other closed, labeled, impermeable containers: a) Kyklos Bearing International, LLC - Sandusky, Ohio: On or about October 1, 2012, the employer failed to ensure that asbestos containing material from Class I work was disposed of in sealed or closed containers. Employees were exposed to potential long term health effects after coming into contact with asbestos containing material (10-15% chrysotile) while removing an ash hopper from Boiler #3.
