29 CFR 1926.1430(g)(2): The employer must provide refresher training in relevant topics for each employee when, based on the conduct of the employee or an evaluation of the employee's knowledge, there is an indication that retraining is necessary: a. Located at the site, there were employees providing hand and arm signals to lift a 60 foot, three inch I-beam. Based on the conduct of those employees, there was an indication that retraining them in signaling was necessary.
