29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(7)(i): Warning signs that demarcated the regulated area were not provided and displayed at such a distance from regulated areas that an employee may read the signs an take necessary protective steps before entering the area marked by the signs: a) Kyklos Bearing International, LLC - Sandusky, Ohio: On or about October 1, 2012, employees performing Class I asbestos work were working in an area that was not regulated and marked with appropriate warning signs. Employees were exposed to potential long term health effects after coming into contact with asbestos containing material (10-15% chrysotile) while removing an ash hopper from Boiler #3.
