29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(1)(vi): Respirators were not used during Class IV asbestos work performed within regulated areas where employees who were performing other work tasks were required to use respirators: a) Kyklos Bearing International, LLC - Sandusky, Ohio: On or about October 1, 2012, the employer failed to require respirator use for those employees performing Class IV work while cleaning up and disposing of debris from Class I asbestos work. Employees were exposed to potential long term health effects after coming into contact with asbestos containing material (10-15% chrysotile) from Boiler #3.
