29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Harris Terminal, 2201 Mt. Ephraim Ave., Camden, NJ: Harris Camden Reality employees conducting roof repairs on the flat roof of a large warehouse were not provided training for each employee exposed to fall hazards that would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards As such the employees failed to utilize fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 40 feet. Observed on or about 3/11/2013.
