29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii): Flammable liquids were not stored in tanks or closed containers: a) Distillation Room; On or about August 19, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards when flammable liquids such as but not limited to; Methyl alcohol, (Lacquer Thinners and Cleaning Solvents 105); Butyl Acetate, (Chroma Premier System 14385S and Chroma Premier Pro 74500S) were stored in plastic five gallon buckets without lids.
