29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(4)(vi): Regulated areas were not ventilated to move contaminated air toward a HEPA filtration or collection device: a) Kyklos Bearing International, LLC - Sandusky, Ohio: On or about October 1, 2012, the employer failed to provide HEPA ventilation while employees performed Class I asbestos work without a negative exposure assessment. Employees were exposed to potential long term health effects after coming into contact with asbestos containing material (10-15% chrysotile) while removing an ash hopper from Boiler #3.
