29 CFR 1910.107(d)(2): Spraying area(s) were not provided with mechanical ventilation adequate to remove flammable vapors, mists, or powders to a safe location and to confine and control combustible residues: ADHESIVE SPRAY AREA: On or about and at times prior to March 2, 2020, employees sprayed 3M PB938 High Performance Spray Adhesive, a Category 2 flammable liquid, in an open area of the production floor. There was no exhaust ventilation system in the area to remove flammable vapors.
