29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. a) Worksite, 95 Harvard Ave. Rockville Centre NY - Employee was accessing the work area while climbing on the inside of an aluminum extension ladder; on or about 7/18/15. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
