29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Buchman Lumber Company, throughout the facility; Chain and sprocket drives were not effectively guarded, such as, but not limited to: (1) Sawmill, Edger Operator station; The chain and sprocket drive on the conveyer system at the lumber transfer point was not guarded, and (2) Old Planer Building, Planner feed conveyor; The chain and sprocket drives to the planer feed conveyor was not fully enclosed, and (3) Old Planer Building, Planner discharge conveyor; The chain and sprocket drives to the planer discharge conveyor was not fully enclosed.
