29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and/or branch circuit at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: 401 West Main Street Facility - On, or about, February 2, 2024 it was found that circuit breakers were not labeled, in the following instances: a) Boiler Room - Panel DP-1, Breaker 22. b) LAN Room - Panel L, Breakers 6 & 8. c) Large Port of Entry Booth - Breakers 28, 30, & 35, and double breakers 32/34 & 31/33.
