29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about September 16, 2021, employees in the mold production area were exposed to a lacquer thinner mixture that posed a category 2 skin corrosion/irritation hazard on dermal contact and entry into an employees eyes. No eyewash or shower station are present onsite and employees must instead use the public guest bathroom for eye flushing and decontamination. (b) On or about September 16, 2021, employees in the mold production were exposed to Instapak A, a sealed air PMDI mixture, that posed a category 2 skin corrosion/irritation hazard on dermal contact and entry into an employees eyes. No eyewash or shower station are present onsite and employees must instead use the public guest bathroom for eye flushing and decontamination.
