29 CFR 1910.107(c)(9)(i): All metal parts of piping systems conveying flammable or combustible liquids were not properly electrically grounded in an effective and permanent manner: ADHESIVE SPRAY AREA: On or about and at times prior to March 12, 2020, a 55-gallon steel drum of 3M PB938 High Performance Spray Adhesive, a Category 2 flammable liquid with a flashpoint of -4 deg F and a boiling point of 133 deg F was not grounded. The adhesive was transferred from the drum through a pump to a spray nozzle for spraying onto wooden boards.
