29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 3 Pine Street, Cranford NJ : Employees were performing roofing operations with no fall protection in place. Exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet to the ground below. Condition occurred on or about September 2, 2014.
