29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: New residential construction located on Lot # 156 Silver Birch Pass, Newnan, GA 30265, Front side east corner of structure: On or about 12/16/2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 12-feet, 1-inch to the ground below, in that a ladder or stairway was not provided to employees accessing the upper level of the structure to perform work. Safe access was not provided to employees accessing the second floor landing as employees climbed 2x4 cleats.
