29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Saw line section, conveyor #2: On or about August 11, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, while using a conveyor belt motor that did not have strain relief on the 480 volt power feed cord.
