29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Worksite, 95 Harvard Ave. Rockville Centre NY - Employees were installing Plywood on the roof of a two story residential home. The employees were not protected from falling and were not trained to recognize the hazards associated with falling; on or about 7/18/15. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
