29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: A.) Thomas Tree Care Professionals, 614 South Walnut Street, Sharpsville, PA 16150, on or about July 11, 2013 and times prior thereto: Employees worked around and/or were potentially exposed to fuels including, but not limited to, gasoline and gasoline/oil mix. These fuels were utilized in equipment including, but not limited to chain saws. Employees did not receive hazard communication training.
