29 CFR 1926.1431(k)(2)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each employee was not standing, sitting on or working from the top or intermediate rail or toe board, or use any others means/device to raise their working height: On or about October 29, 2018, at 12201 NW 25th Street, Miami, Florida, 33182, the employer permitted an employee to sit on the guardrail of a man-basket during the raising, lowering, and horizontal movement of the crane, therefore exposing the employee to a fall hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
