29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Nabors Completion & Production Services, 9540 E 104th Ave, Henderson, CO 80640: On and before September 10, 2012, the employer did not ensure that suitable quick drenching and flushing facilities were available for the eyes and face at the frac pad for immediate emergency use. An portable eyewash was being stored in the QC van however it was not available for use. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
