Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:09/06/12 Location:South Side of Pump Control House Condition:Employees working at the edge of two dry wells, 25 feet deep, were not protected from falling. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to provide effective fall protection such as guardrails, personal fall arrest systems, or safety nets.y
