29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Jobsite located at 1512 North 25th Street, Philadelphia, PA - 1st Floor, Front door: Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that, the employer did not ensure a handrail was provided for the stairways, which had approximately 8 risers at the front door and approximately 16 risers on the 1st floor. Condition was observed on or about January 13, 2022.
