29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in repair and maintenance activities in the maintenance shop were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to brake cleaner and diesel fuel.
