Band area ripping station, employees were exposed to the point of operation, in that, a Niagara ripping machine was not provided with a guard, on or about 03/08/2016. b. Milling area, Hel-Cor mill number 1, and Hel-Cor mill number 2 saws were not guarded to protect employees from the rotating saw blade, on or about 03/08/2016.
