29 CFR 1926.1425(e)(2): During tilt-up or tilt-down operations the employer did not ensure that only employees essential to the operation (as identified in this standard) are permitted in the fall zone: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by hazards associate with working in the fall zone during tilt-up operations. The most recent occurrence was on or about June 24, 2015 at the job site located near 18th and P Streets in Lincoln, Nebraska where nonessential employees continued to work within the fall zone during the tilt-up operation of an approximate 80 foot in length piece of #10 rebar
