29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: 29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: A.) Thomas Tree Care Professionals, 614 South Walnut Street, Sharpsville, PA 16150, on or about July 11, 2013 and times prior thereto: Employees conducted arborists work and related work activities that necessitated the use of personal protective equipment. The personal protective equipment include but was not limited to steel toed boots, gloves, hard hats, and safety glasses. Employees did not receive personal protective equipment training on items that included but were not limited to (1) When PPE is necessary, (2) How to properly don, doff, adjust, and wear PPE, (3) The limitations of the PPE, and (4) The proper care, maintenance, useful life and disposal of the PPE.
