29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. On or about May 11, 2016 and times prior thereto, at or near 18515 Bridgeland Creek Pkwy, employers installing trusses were exposed to a fall hazard when performing work from a wooden trash hopper that was elevated by a Genie rough terrain forklift without being trained by a qualified person to recognize hazards associated with scaffold use.
