29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded by a standard railing (or the equivalent as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section) on all open sides: a) debarker platform, Greenridge Forest Products, 3255 Franklin Pike in Cochranton, PA. . On or about September 17, 2013, the platform to the debarker operator's cab, 5 feet above the ground, was not guarded with a standard railing. b) loading dock inside building, Greenridge Forest Products, 3255 Franklin Pike in Cochranton, PA. . On or about September 17, 2013, the open sides of the loading dock, 4.5 feet above the lower level, were not guarded with a standard railing.
