29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical shock. This violation was observed on July 15, 2014, at a job site located at 1109 E. Industrial Drive, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75482; where at least one (1) employee in the Raw department used an AMFEC mixer/blender with defective cord.
