29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: (a) Nabors Completion & Production Services, 9540 E 104th Ave, Henderson, CO 80640: On and before September 10, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees wore face shields during the priming and pressure testing operations as required in the employer's Personal Protective Equipment Hazard Assessment. This condition exposed employees to potential chemical hazards.
