29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 12574 Wagner Avenue, Lot 59 Brentwood, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On June 4, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 11 inches to the ground below. The Juan Gomez Sanchez dba Juan Gomez Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1817814, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 31075 Bauer Avenue, Lot 91 Brentwood, Spanish Fort, Alabama and in OSHA inspection number 1817767, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 12667 Wagner Avenue, Lot 81 Brentwood, Spanish Fort, Alabama .
