29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On and before 9/24/2024, at mall, for the mall maintenance employees cleaning with corrosives such as, but not limited to, Green Earth Ready-To-Use Restroom Cleaner, containing Citric acid, and BETCO SYMPLICITY L-S-R Delimer, containing sulfamic acid, to clean floors, bathrooms, and surfaces. The employer did not provide an eyewash and shower station.
