29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a. At a worksite located at 4900 Mobile Highway in Pensacola, Florida, on or about June 26, 2020, the employer exposed two employees to crushing hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that a load was stable as the employees used a powered industrial truck (forklift) to install a 25-foot light pole.
