29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: On or about 2/6/2020, at Blake & Pendleton workplace located 269 North Street, Macon, GA and various field site location in GA: Employees performing servicing and maintenance activities on the powered industrial trucks, were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards, in that in that they were not aware of the electrical and gravitational (Kinetic) energy sources or how to adequately isolate the sources.
