29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(E): Refresher training, including an evaluation of the effectiveness of that training shall be conducted when a condition in the workplace changes in a manner that could affect safe operation of the truck: On or about 12/11/2019, John Volpi & Company, located at 5263 Northrup Ave., St. Louis, MO, had changes in the workplace that narrowed down the aisle way making tight conditions for the Powered Industrial Truck(s). (PITs). The employer allowed storage of materials/product stationed out in the aisle reducing the aisle width to 5 foot 9 inches. This was observed in the Shipping Warehouse Aisle 300.
