29 CFR 1910.30(c): Retraining. The employer must retrain an employee when the employer has reason to believe the employee does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section. At the facility located at 2201 Hwy 75 N, Sherman, Texas; two employees placing merchandise on racks at approximately 12 feet high were elevated by Crown stock picker without wearing fall protection. The employer did not ensure employees retained the understanding and skills necessary on the importance of fall protection when operating the stock pickers, exposing the employees to fall hazards.
