29 CFR 1910.177(f)(5): Tires on multi-piece rim wheels outside of a restraining device were inflated in excess of the pressure required to force the tire bead onto the rim ledge and create an airtight seal with the tire and bead: a) On or about 2/11/2019 Employee was pumping TyrFil EcoFlex and catalyst component into an off the road tire when the tire collided with him after the tire experienced a break in the tire sidewall.
