29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2): The equipment was not inspected by a qualified person at least every 12 months in accordance with paragraphs (f)(2)(i) - (xxi) of this section: On or about October 29, 2018, at 1220 I NW 25th Street, Miami, Florida, 33I 82, the employer failed to ensure that annual comprehensive inspections were conducted by a qualified person, therefore exposing the employee in the man-basket to a fall hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
