29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets: On the roof of a commercial building, North side, on or about October 12, 2017, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the paved ground below, while performing re-roofing activities on metal decking.
