29 CFR 1910.1450(h)(2)(ii): When a chemical substance had been developed in the laboratory as a byproduct but the composition was not known, the employer did not implement the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1450(e): a) On or about July 19, 2021, employees performing chemical sampling in hoods were not able to identify what was classified as hazardous and labeling did not comply with hazard communication standard potentially exposing employees to chemical hazards.
