29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: (a)Hearthside Food Solutions LLC dba Interbake Foods LLC at One Devil's Food Way, North Sioux City, SD 57049: On or about and at times prior to November 1, 2022, the employer did not certify that periodic audits were conducted at least annually to ensure that all the energy control procedures were correct and being followed. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with unexpected energizing of machines.
