29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program enabling recognition of and appropriate protective procedures for fall hazards for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) Adventure Development Team, LLC located at 28194 US Hwy 6 Dillon, CO 80435: On or around 7/18/2020, the employer did not provide a training program enabling recognition of and appropriate protective procedures for fall hazards for each employee who was likely to be exposed to fall hazards. Employee(s) were constructing a new aerial ropes course. An employee was not protected from a fall while evaluating ropes course for need materials. The employer had not provided employees fall protection training to recognize the hazard and steps to mitigate it. This condition exposed employee(s) to approximate 17 foot fall hazards.
